There may also be rentals available through Airbnb, VRBO, etc. but make sure you double check location as most of the rentals will be in the Wrightsville Beach area, which is 20-30 minutes away from Figure 8 Island.

Air Travel
The closest airport to Figure 8 Island is Wilmington International Airport (ILM), which is about 20 minutes from the island.
Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) is also an option as it is a bigger airport with more flights. RDU is about 2 hours from the island.
