K-38 Baha Grill - located directly in front of The Holiday Inn Express (about 5-10 minutes from Figure 8 Island). This is Paige's favorite restaurant! Great casual tex mex spot. Don't miss the cheese dip!


Kornerstrone Bistro - located across from the hotel in the Harris Teeter shopping center. Handcrafted Mediterranean comfort food and rustic Italian dishes made from fresh, local ingredients.


Cape Fear Seafood Company - if you're craving fresh seafood near Figure 8 this is the spot to go! Very casual and less than 5 minutes from the hotel.

Brasserie du Soleil - Nate's fav! Brasserie offers authentic French cuisine in a comfortable, luxurious setting. Their menu features classic dishes such as tuna tartare, escargot, steak pomme frites, and a full raw bar. Great option for before the welcome party. Reservations needed!


Four Corners Wrightsville Beach - a favorite of the Annas in Chapel Hill has opened a spot in Wrightsville! Four Corners is a UNC and sports-themed full-service restaurant and bar. They offer a diverse menu featuring items such as bacon cheeseburgers, sweet and spicy wings, and Asian Ahi Tuna Salad. Another great option for before the welcome party!


Fish House Grill - our favorite of the water-side restaurants. Fish House has fresh, affordable seafood with an outdoor deck overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. The fish tacos are delicious.


Dockside - Dockside has been a Carolina tradition for over 30 years. Perched on the water's edge near Wrightsville Beach, it offers a casual and relaxed atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to enjoy great seafood and scenic views. Don't miss the painkillers!

The Battleship - Moored across the river from downtown Wilmington, the Battleship North Carolina is a must-see attraction for visitors. This authentically restored World War II battleship earned 15 battle stars during its service in the Pacific theater. Today, guests can explore nine levels of the ship, including gun turrets, crew quarters, and early naval technology. The surrounding SECU Walkway offers scenic views of the Cape Fear River and the Wilmington skyline.
